Bug reports & feature requests
File an issue at github.com/ravidsrk/hangar/issues. Include reproduction steps, the runtime (OpenClaw / Hermes), the agent slug, and any redacted logs from the dashboard.
Security disclosures
If you've found a vulnerability, do not open a public issue. Email support@hangar.so with subject prefix [security]. We acknowledge within 48 hours and will coordinate a responsible-disclosure timeline. We don't currently run a bug bounty.
Sales & enterprise
Volume pricing, dedicated regions, SAML SSO, custom SLAs, or contractual data processing addenda — email support@hangar.so with subject [sales]. We don't run gated demo calls — the hosted product is the demo, and the repo is the architecture.
