What does the subscription actually cover?+

It covers your dedicated runtime instance (Fly.io machine), channel routing, skill execution, persistence, and observability. LLM tokens are billed separately to your wallet.

How is LLM usage billed?+

Pay-as-you-go from a wallet you top up. We charge cents per token at provider cost (OpenAI / Anthropic / Google / OpenRouter) — no markup. You see the exact debit per skill run.

Can I switch runtimes later?+

Yes. Cancel your current subscription and start a new one with the other runtime. Your wallet, channel links, and skill history carry over.

Is there a free trial?+

Every account gets a $5 wallet credit on signup. That's enough to run a few hundred LLM calls before you decide to subscribe.

Can I self-host the entire stack?+

Yes — that's the point. Clone the repo, point it at your own Postgres + Fly account, and run it. Migration scripts ship with the code.

How does cancellation work?+

Cancellation is "at period end" — you keep access until the current billing period ends, and your wallet balance is fully refundable on request.
