Can I push my own agent code?

Yes. Two blank runtimes ship out of the box: OpenClaw (Node.js 20) and Hermes (Python 3.11). Drop a SKILL.md, push your LangGraph or CrewAI graph, or bring custom code. Channels, wallet billing, and metering are already wired.

Why a dedicated Fly Machine per agent?

Each agent gets its own VM, not a shared queue or function. That means real isolation, real persistent state, and no noisy-neighbor stalls when another tenant runs a long task.

Is Hangar open source?

Yes. The codebase is MIT licensed. The hosted plan runs the same code as the public repo. Clone it and self-host on your own Postgres + Fly account whenever you want out.
